The fundamental omission

What’s the most fundamental life skill that doesn't get formally taught?

👉 Behaviour.

Would you like to change that?

In a few hours I'm taking to the stage at IntuitMailchimp's From Here: To There sold-out conference, sharing ideas with 400 marketers in how to solve the Click Conundrum.

Last week I spoke to around 60 web and user experience designers in an ASX 50 insurance company.

A few weeks before that I spoke with a sales and marketing leadership team from one of Australia's largest building groups.

And in a few weeks time I'll be presenting to change practitioners at Australasian Changes Days.

And you know how I start most of my talks?

With a story about what DOESN'T change.

Because while on a superficial level it seems that the needs of customers and colleagues change all the time (ankle socks, anyone?), the core of how we are wired to make decisions stays the same.

And that means we can predict what people are likely to do.

Here's more about my keynotes and training.
